Shipping & Delivery
1. Are your bags in stock?
All of our current styles are available via pre-order only.
2. What does pre-order mean?
When you pre-order a bag from Snag and Swag, you’re reserving it before it officially ships. It means the style is in production or made-to-order, not sitting in a warehouse.
3. Why pre-orders?
We don’t mass-produce. Pre-orders let us work with small-batch suppliers to create limited, thoughtful drops without overproduction or waste.
Pre-ordering helps us:
• Reduce waste — better for the planet
• Keep our prices under £99
• Focus on quality, not quantity
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Our bags are shipped directly from our partner workshops and warehouses. They are made upon order and shipped for you. Please allow:
• UK orders: 13–15 business days
• International: Shipping times vary depending on your country. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships—we recommend checking it for the most up-to-date delivery info.
5. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK and selected international locations. If you’re unsure, reach out to us via our contact form, we’ll do our best to make it work.
6. How much is shipping?
UK Orders:
• Flat rate £5.99
• Free shipping on orders over £180
EU Shipping: Flat rate £14.99
International Shipping: Flat rate: £23.99
Returns & Exchanges
1. Can I return my bag if I change my mind?
UK customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, even if the item isn’t faulty. To be eligible, your item must be:
• Unused
• In its original condition and packaging
The return postage is your responsibility.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.
2. How do I start a return?

3. What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right.

4. Are there any items not eligible for return?
Yes—we do not accept returns on:
• Custom or personalised items (e.g., monogrammed bags)
• Items returned outside the 14-day window
• Items not in original condition
